Bronchiectasis in Cystic Fibrosis

7 Patient with cystic bronchiectasis. Contrast enhanced chest CT demonstrates moderate cystic bronchiectasis, bronchial wall thickening, and mucous plugging, characteristic of cystic fibrosis. There is also patchy ground glass infiltrates compatible with superimposed infection. Scarring is present in the lung apices with retraction of the hila superiorly. Adenopathy is also present which is reactive.
