This appearance can be seen in neuroendocrine neoplasms such as carcinoid tumors or gastrinomas. Occasionally, gastrointestinal stromal tumor is tumors can have a similar appearance on CT. Metastasis from primary such as renal cell carcinoma could also have a similar CT appearance. Biopsy was performed and revealed duodenal carcinoid tumors.
